📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop tailored programs.,Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
