As a Customer Engagement Executive at My Heart Centre in Bali, you'll be at the heart of our digital community, crafting engaging content, managing our social media presence, and driving our online sales. You'll work closely with our team to create a vibrant, interactive community that resonates with our brand values and fosters customer loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and live sessions, to showcase our products and services.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost our online sales and community growth.
• Collaborate with our sales team to drive online sales through our e-commerce platform and social media channels.
• Analyze and report on our digital community metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of our digital community events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for wellness and lifestyle brands.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
