CV Kencana Firdaus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Tutor to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As the Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs, mentoring and guiding students, and ensuring the overall success of our tutoring initiatives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective tutoring programs for students.,Mentor and guide students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.,Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.,Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.,Plan and organize tutoring sessions and activities.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tutor or educator.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans.,Experience in assessing student progress and providing feedback.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
