📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and ensure compliance with import regulations and customs procedures.
• Facilitate smooth and efficient import processes, including the preparation and submission of import documentation.
• Provide expert legal advice to support the company's import activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all import activities are conducted in accordance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Prepare and review import documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and analyze import trends and developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in import regulations and laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on import regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import regulations, legal compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international import regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
