As a Merchandise Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandise process, from procurement to display. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Oversee the procurement process, including vendor negotiations and order placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell products effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandise management.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Work closely with the store managers to ensure proper merchandise display and presentation.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions regarding merchandise planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandise administration or a similar role in the retail industry.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail operations and processes.
- Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
