📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.,Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.,Monitor and maintain clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.,Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.,Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients, addressing any hazards or concerns.,Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and well-being among clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care and progress.,Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your caregiving skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.,Valid first aid certification.,Fluency in English, as it is the primary language of communication in the workplace.,Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug test.,Flexibility to work varying shifts and be available for on-call duties.
