📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment and recruitment.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
