Gold Sun Group is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

As a Learning Development Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their training needs and develop customized learning solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the learning and development budget, tracking employee progress, and providing regular reports to management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that meet the needs of employees.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Manage the learning and development budget and ensure that it is used effectively.
  • Track employee progress and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create and implement learning initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
