📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and sales.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.,Promote our products and services through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
