📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Lead and motivate the restaurant team, providing training and development opportunities where necessary.,Manage the restaurant budget, including ordering, purchasing, and controlling costs.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with local laws and regulations.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
