📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials.,Write and maintain API documentation for our software products.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.,Ensure documentation is accessible and user-friendly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Creative and analytical thinking skills.
