Quick Village Unggul is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate training programs to measure their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
