📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
