📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain detailed system requirements specifications based on stakeholder needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement new systems and technologies that support business goals.
• Conduct data analysis using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
• Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies into existing business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a strong background in digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI, including data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
