📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Counter in managing customer interactions and providing excellent customer service.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area, including restocking products and managing inventory.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, helping to increase revenue for the store.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
