E-Commerce Administrator - Online Shop Management (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada)

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our online shop presence, ensuring seamless operations, and maximizing sales across all channels. Based in Jakarta Utara, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to enhance our e-commerce strategy and achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online shop listings on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, ensuring accurate product information, competitive pricing, and high-quality images.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundle deals, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage inventory levels and order processing to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that our online shop offerings align with our product portfolio and meet customer demands.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce administration, online shop management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and order processing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
