📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mining activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Lead a team of mining engineers, geologists, and safety officers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mining projects.
• Monitor environmental impact and implement sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful project management and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (e.g., OHSAS 18001) is a plus.
• Familiarity with mining software such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
