📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the office and at home.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise, finding creative solutions to resolve them.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
