Puskesmas Hendra Mart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to achieve operational goals.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus.
