Sentral Elsa Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the coffee outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage financial operations, including budgeting and reporting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
