Berkah Joko Geprek is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Check guests in and out, and ensure they have all the information they need.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage guest complaints and concerns.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Update and maintain guest records and databases.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computers and common office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
