In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a deep understanding of the local job market. This is a remote position, but you will be required to work closely with our team in Singkawang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends is a plus.
