Manage and consolidate financial reports for regional operations,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Coordinate with regional teams to gather and verify financial data,Maintain and update financial records and systems,Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits,Provide training and support to junior accounting staff,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in financial software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
