Asia Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the costing, budgeting, and financial planning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for MEP systems in construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.,Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any cost-related issues.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.,Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying in construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry, including local regulations and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and project management tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital project delivery methods is a plus.,Valid professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is a plus.
