📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns.,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven experience in creating and executing social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
