📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and patient outcomes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth.,Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team productivity and morale.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid professional certification and license to practice in Indonesia.
