LUMEN Lestari is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Tanjung Balai. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Work with various departments to understand their training needs and design effective training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs to meet organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and best practices.,Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure the success of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training principles, methods, and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
