📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging activities for nursery and kindergarten students.
• Support classroom management, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Help with the preparation and organization of educational materials and resources.
• Assist in the supervision of students during playtime, outdoor activities, and transitions between activities.
• Support the implementation of the school's curriculum and educational programs.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality early education.
