📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in vitro and in vivo assays to evaluate the efficacy and safety of potential drug candidates
• Analyze and interpret complex biological data using specialized software such as GraphPad Prism and R
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, biologists, and clinical researchers, to advance drug discovery projects
• Optimize drug candidates through structure-activity relationship studies and lead optimization
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in drug discovery technologies and methodologies
• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for drug discovery
• Participate in clinical trials and provide scientific input to ensure the successful progression of drug candidates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, preferably in Drug Discovery or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 3-5 years of experience in drug discovery research, with a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as GraphPad Prism, R, and LabVIEW
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards for drug development, such as ICH guidelines
• Certification in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is a plus
