📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for event spaces and services within the Northpoint Atrium L1.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with our brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Assist in managing the event space inventory and ensuring it's ready for upcoming events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, event planning, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
