📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage our social media presence, including content creation and engagement.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment rental sector.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
