📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop mechanical systems for our restaurant equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance testing and analysis on mechanical components to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, chefs, and facility managers, to integrate mechanical systems with other aspects of restaurant operations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply innovative solutions to our projects.
• Comply with safety regulations and ensure the well-being of our team members and guests.
• Provide technical support and training to restaurant staff on the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of mechanical systems, including maintenance schedules and performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on industrial or restaurant equipment.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ASME, ANSI, and local Indonesian regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
